All products are tested and checked for quality before shipping to each customer.

We will exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect, along with any relative images/video.



Please use new batteries and make sure they are inserted properly into your camera for the best results. If there are issues with turning on, please send a video of the problem and how the batteries are inserted. I will be happy to exchange the camera with a functional one if unable to diagnose the issue via email.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the camera back to Valley in Film.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
